Club hire

With a stunning beach front location, private road access and ample car parking, Flinders Yacht club is the perfect location for weddings, parties and other social occasions.

General Availability 

Please note our clubhouse is not available for hire during the following periods in any year when it is reserved exclusively for use by club members:

  • From late December until the end of January  

  • Labour Day Long Weekend in March

  • Easter

  • Anzac Day Long Weekend in April

  • Queens Birthday Long Weekend in June

  • Melbourne Cup long weekend

The Clubhouse will not be hired for any function involving celebrations of people aged 14 to 21 years, including 18th and 21st birthday parties.

FYC members are entitled to use the club on a non-exclusive basis free of charge at any time when the clubhouse has not been reserved for a private event. Please advise the Club Hire Secretary of your plans.
